Designated Managing Broker / Owner License ID: 471.021016

Hi, I’m Samuel Stella, and along with my wife, Tracy Stella—a top-producing real estate agent—we proudly own Stellar Results Realty, a boutique residential brokerage based in Fox Lake. We don’t just serve the Chain O’ Lakes area—we live on it.

Our home is right on the water, and this community is truly part of who we are. From boating the Chain, to riding the winding backroads on our motorcycle, to biking and walking the nearby nature trails, we live and breathe everything this beautiful area has to offer. That deep local connection fuels everything we do.

While I no longer appear as the agent of record on residential sales, I’m still actively involved in helping clients start their real estate journey. As Designated Managing Broker, I personally connect each client with the best-fit agent on our team—often Tracy or another trusted agent—and stay involved behind the scenes to guide strategy, review details, and support every step of the way. This approach allows our agents to shine while ensuring every client gets the attention and expertise they deserve.

Tracy continues to actively serve buyers and sellers and brings a wealth of experience to the table. As a consistent top producer, she also plays a key role in mentoring and training our agents—sharing her insights, strategies, and high standards to help them thrive in today’s market.

As the Designated Managing Broker, I’m here to support every client and every deal. Whether you want to talk through a detail, ask a question, or simply feel more confident in the process, I’m just a phone call away.

At Stellar Results Realty, we also believe in giving back. Through our Realty for a Purpose initiative, we donate a portion of every transaction to local schools, nonprofits, and causes that strengthen our community—because real estate should create more than just results. It should create impact.

So whether you’re looking to buy, sell, invest, or simply explore your options, reach out—I’ll personally guide you or connect you with the agent who’s the perfect fit.

And if you’re an agent searching for a brokerage that truly invests in your growth, supports your goals, and treats you like family—we should talk.

You can reach me anytime at 224-426-4652 or sam@stellarresultsrealty.com.

Fun Facts: I’m a former Ironman athlete turned broker, and when I’m not supporting agents or building our business, you’ll find me boating the Chain from our backyard, cruising scenic roads on my motorcycle, or exploring nature trails with my wife Tracy and our dog, Enoch.
