Hi, I’m Samuel Stella, and along with my wife, Tracy Stella—a top-producing real estate agent—we proudly own Stellar Results Realty, a boutique residential brokerage based in Fox Lake. We don’t just serve the Chain O’ Lakes area—we live on it.
Our home is right on the water, and this community is truly part of who we are. From boating the Chain, to riding the winding backroads on our motorcycle, to biking and walking the nearby nature trails, we live and breathe everything this beautiful area has to offer. That deep local connection fuels everything we do.
While I no longer appear as the agent of record on residential sales, I’m still actively involved in helping clients start their real estate journey. As Designated Managing Broker, I personally connect each client with the best-fit agent on our team—often Tracy or another trusted agent—and stay involved behind the scenes to guide strategy, review details, and support every step of the way. This approach allows our agents to shine while ensuring every client gets the attention and expertise they deserve.

I've lived in Lake County my entire life and have lived in the Chain O' Lakes area for the past 27yrs. My love for real estate started at a Title Company in Waukegan in 1993. I worked my way up from a receptionist to the Lake County sales representative for the company. I engaged with banks, attorneys' offices, credit unions and mortgage brokers. I was a member on several boards and attended many networking events. I made a lot of friends and business contacts which led to my next adventure in real estate as a mortgage loan officer. I truly love crunching numbers and helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams! In 2006 I decided it was time to jump in with both feet and get my Real Estate license.
