While growing up, her family never owned a home and when Terie bought her first property at the young age of twenty, she then knew that owning a home was possible. She has made it her mission to help anyone who wants to be a homeowner into a reality.

Over the years, Terie with her husband and three kids moved several times, so she knows firsthand the intricacies of selling and buying homes. These life experiences help Terie work with her clients as their trusted advisor.

To offer greater services to her clients, Terie is fluent in Spanish, and is certified as a Staging Consultant and a Short Sale & Foreclosure specialist. As a military mom, she is also proud to have earned the Military Relocation Professional Certification to help US Veterans.

Terie is also a strong supporter of helping the community—from teaching adult ESL classes, conducting home buying and credit educational workshops, organizing free meal events for the community, and serving on the Board of Directors as Secretary for the Round Lake Beach Police Foundation.

Terie is also passionate about supporting small local businesses, especially coffee shops (because that’s what coffee lovers do).
