I would recommend Tracy to anyone selling or buying a home. She helped us do both and I feel so lucky we met at an open house. She made both processes as smooth as possible. There were some unexpected circumstances in the selling of our house but she kept laser-focused. I'm not sure how she did it but the entire time I felt like I was her only client. She always made time for me. She's extremely knowledgeable, endlessly helpful, and just an all-around great person to work with.
