Hi, I’m Samuel Stella, and along with my wife, Tracy Stella—a top-producing real estate agent—we proudly own Stellar Results Realty, a boutique residential brokerage based in Fox Lake. We don’t just serve the Chain O’ Lakes area—we live on it.
Our home is right on the water, and this community is truly part of who we are. We used Tracy and Stellar Results Realty to sell my 90 year old mom's home in McHenry this past fall and we could not be any happier with how the entire process went. We interviewed several real estate agents but were blown away by all of the time and effort that was put into their listing presentation. Tracy showed us many comparable homes in her area and pointed out pros and cons compared to my mom's place. We listed the house for more than we had hoped for and received more than our asking price. That shows that Tracy definitely knew the market that my mom's house was in and guided us appropriately. We had a small bump in the process due to a buyer backing out for personal reasons and Tracy and Stellar Results Realty handled that issue quickly and got our home back on the market and resold above asking price in less than a week. We moved my mom out of state so we needed Tracy's help with certain details that we could not be there to take care and Tracy stepped up and helped 110%. We received weekly status updates regarding the entire process and our questions were always answered promptly.
